What happened to 24/7 Tech Support?
I didn't have the time until later this evening to phone Alienware tech support but I wasn't worried because on the Dell website it says that the hours of operation are 24/7. Now I come to find that the department is closed. Did someone forget to update the website?

Hi Altanore,
It is good to know that there are no problems with the computer now. With reference to the toll free number I have escalated it to our internal team and once I hear anything from them I will keep you posted.
